Visit visa rejected for Pakistani National

I’ve recently applied a visit visa for a friend of mine who is from Pakistan, the visa was applied by an agent from Sharjah and it was rejected. He told me that there is no reason of rejection mentioned.

I contacted another agent (who also obtained a couple of visit visas for me) and he sent me the attached screenshot while mentioning that the agent who applied the visa wasn’t aware of it.

This is the first time a visit visa of an acquaintance got rejected and I have obtained tens of them in the last few years.

Does anyone have any information on this matter?
